Account & Registration
Registering on 2jay takes under two minutes. Visit the register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a password and fill in your basic personal details – name, date of birth and email. Accept the Terms and Conditions, confirm you are 18 or older and click to create your account. No documents are needed at this stage. You can log in and deposit immediately after registration.
The minimum age to register and play on 2jay is 18 years. This is a strict requirement and is non-negotiable. Age verification may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle. If a registered account is found to belong to someone under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited. Please ensure no minors have access to your 2jay login credentials.
No. 2jay's Terms and Conditions permit only one account per person. Duplicate accounts – whether registered with the same name, CNIC, device, mobile number or linked payment method – are prohibited. If 2jay detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset feature or contact support rather than creating a new account.
On the 2jay login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. You'll receive an SMS with a password reset link. Follow the link and set a new password. Alternatively, switch to the OTP login tab – enter your number, receive a six-digit code via SMS and log in without a password, then update your password from Account Settings.
You can update your email address and some preferences directly from Account Settings after logging in. Changes to your registered mobile number or date of birth require identity verification and must be processed by the 2jay support team. Contact support@2jay.im with your request and a copy of your CNIC. The team will verify your identity and update the details within one to two working days.
To permanently close your 2jay account, contact support@2jay.im from your registered email address and state that you wish to close the account. Before closing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus balances are non-returnable. Account closure is permanent – your data will be retained as required by applicable regulations but the account cannot be reopened once closed. If you are closing due to problem gambling concerns, consider self-exclusion instead.
Deposits & Payments
2jay accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Mobile wallet deposits credit your 2jay balance instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two hours during banking hours. There are no transaction fees charged by 2jay on any deposit method.
The minimum deposit on 2jay via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay is Rs 500. For bank IBFT transfers the minimum is Rs 1,000 due to typical bank processing minimums. Visa and Mastercard minimums may vary. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though very large deposits may require additional verification from the 2jay compliance team.
Most mobile wallet deposits appear instantly. If your balance hasn't updated after five minutes, first check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app to confirm the transaction completed successfully on their end. If the deduction shows in your wallet but not in your 2jay balance, contact support@2jay.im with your transaction reference number (available in your mobile wallet transaction history). The support team will investigate and credit the deposit manually if confirmed. IBFT deposits can take up to two hours – please wait before contacting support.
2jay does not charge any processing fees on deposits. The amount you send from your mobile wallet is exactly the amount credited to your 2jay balance in PKR. Your mobile wallet provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash etc.) may have their own transaction fee policies – check with them separately. 2jay operates entirely in PKR so there is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange fee on any transaction.
Withdrawals
Log in to your 2jay account and navigate to the Cashier section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank IBFT), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Make sure your withdrawal method matches the one used for your most recent deposit. First-time withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC) before the request can be approved.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive in your mobile wallet within 30 minutes of being approved. Approval usually takes between one and four hours during operating hours (9am–1am PKT). NayaPay and SadaPay follow similar timelines. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take one to two working days to clear, depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without an update, contact support@2jay.im with your withdrawal reference number.
The minimum withdrawal amount on 2jay is Rs 500 for mobile wallets. There is no set maximum for verified accounts. Unverified accounts may have lower daily withdrawal limits until KYC is completed. Large withdrawals above a certain threshold may require additional documentation as part of 2jay's compliance process. To remove any withdrawal limits, complete your KYC verification promptly after registration.
2jay requires a copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) for KYC verification before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to upload the front and back of your CNIC. In some cases, a selfie holding your CNIC may also be requested. All documents should be clearly readable – blurry or cropped images will be rejected and delay the process. Once verified, your account is cleared for withdrawals without needing to repeat the process.
Common reasons for withdrawal rejection on 2jay include: KYC not completed or documents not verified; attempting to withdraw bonus funds that haven't met wagering requirements; a mismatch between the withdrawal account and the deposit account; account restrictions due to suspicious activity; or requesting a withdrawal to a different mobile number than the registered one. Betting & Games
2jay covers all major cricket formats – Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, PSL and other major T20 leagues. Pre-match markets include match winner, toss winner, total runs, top batsman and first wicket method among others. Live in-play markets include ball-by-ball betting, over runs, next wicket and player performance. All odds are displayed in decimal format and all bets are settled in PKR. 2jay's casino library includes 500+ slots from leading developers, fishing games, live baccarat, live roulette, live poker, table games and arcade-style games. Baccarat runs 24 hours with multiple live dealers and bet limit options. Poker rooms include cash games and tournaments. Slots are organised by theme and volatility – you can filter for high-volatility jackpot slots or low-volatility games for longer sessions. All games can be accessed from your mobile browser without downloading any app.
If a cricket match or sports event is abandoned before the minimum overs/time required for settlement, all 2jay bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account in full. Specific rules apply depending on the market – for example, in PSL, a match reduced to five overs per side is still settled as a valid result. Individual market void rules are detailed in the 2jay betting rules section. Voided bet stakes are returned to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement.
The minimum single bet on 2jay sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event and market. High-profile cricket matches during PSL or international series will have higher maximum limits than smaller domestic events. Maximum stakes are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm. Casino game minimum bets start from Rs 10 for slots and Rs 100 for most live casino tables. Premium baccarat and roulette rooms may have higher table minimums.
Yes. While cricket is the most popular sport on 2jay among Pakistani players, the Sports Betting section also covers football (including European leagues and the Pakistan Football Federation), kabaddi, tennis, basketball, volleyball and other international sports. All sports betting markets are available in PKR through the same account used for casino games. Live betting is available on selected events across all covered sports.
Bonuses & Promotions
2jay offers a welcome bonus for new players on their first deposit after registration. Full details of the current welcome offer – including the bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount and minimum qualifying deposit – are published on the Promotions page. To claim the welcome bonus, register your account, make your first deposit and the bonus is applied automatically. If you have a promo code, enter it during registration to ensure it's linked before you deposit.
A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to play through a bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable real money. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 20,000 in total bets using that bonus before you can withdraw the bonus-derived winnings. Wagering progress is tracked in your account dashboard. Not all games contribute equally to wagering – slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute less. Bonuses on 2jay have expiry dates – typically between 7 and 30 days from the date they are credited, depending on the promotion. If a bonus expires before its wagering requirement is completed, the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited. You can check the expiry date of each bonus in your account's Promotions or Bonuses section. If you believe a bonus was removed in error, contact support@2jay.im with the bonus name and the date it was credited and the team will investigate.
The Refer a Friend programme lets you earn a reward when a friend registers on 2jay using your unique referral link and completes a qualifying deposit. Your referral link is available in your logged-in account dashboard. Both you and your friend receive a bonus once the conditions are met. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, though each referred friend must be a new, unique user – referring existing players or creating new accounts for the purpose of self-referral will result in rewards being voided and accounts suspended.
Security & KYC
Yes. 2jay uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages – the same standard used by banks. Your login credentials, payment details and personal information are encrypted in transit and at rest. 2jay never stores your payment credentials and does not sell personal data to third parties. Login sessions expire automatically after inactivity and suspicious login patterns trigger an additional SMS verification. For more details, review the Privacy Policy.
Act quickly. Log in immediately and change your password from Account Settings. If you cannot log in, use the "Forgot password" option to reset it via SMS. Then contact support@2jay.im immediately and state that you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account. The 2jay security team will review your login history, freeze any suspicious activity and help you secure the account. Going forward, ensure your password is unique to 2jay and that your registered mobile number's SIM is secured.
2jay will never ask for your password, full CNIC number or payment credentials via SMS or email. If you receive a message asking for this information or directing you to a website that doesn't match 2jay.im exactly, do not click any links and do not provide any information. Forward the message to support@2jay.im so the team can investigate. Always access 2jay directly by typing 2jay.im into your browser rather than following links in unsolicited messages.
Responsible Gaming
Log in to your 2jay account, open Account Settings and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and wager limits. Reductions to any limit take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period before coming into force, which gives you time to reconsider. 2jay offers a cool-off period (24 hours to 30 days) and a long-term self-exclusion option. Both are activated immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
