2jay Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 2jay platform – whether through a browser, mobile device or any other means – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 2jay.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 2jay. Using the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. The most current version is always available at 2jay.im/terms-conditions.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 2jay including sports betting, online slots, live casino games, poker, baccarat and all promotional offers. Where specific product rules differ from these general Terms, the specific product rules will take precedence for that product only.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 2jay you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. By registering, you confirm that you meet each of these conditions and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of 2jay.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration including your full name, date of birth, CNIC number, mobile number and payment details.
• You may hold only one account on 2jay. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method are prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your 2jay account.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 2jay at the time of registration.

2jay reserves the right to request documentary verification of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Registration does not constitute a guarantee that your account will remain open if subsequent verification reveals ineligibility.

Registration on 2jay requires a valid Pakistani mobile number. This number will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication where enabled and important account communications. You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number current.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jay account credentials. This includes your password, security questions and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions and bets placed using your 2jay login credentials are your responsibility regardless of whether they were placed by you personally. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation you must contact 2jay support immediately. 2jay will investigate but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

2jay recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. This adds a second layer of security beyond your password and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. You can enable this from your account security settings.

4Deposits & Payments

2jay accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion required.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 2jay does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment source not registered to the account holder will be refunded and the account flagged for review. You must not use any payment method that does not belong to you.

2jay reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits it considers unusual, including requests for proof of funds documentation. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and is not a reflection on the character of the account holder. Cooperation with such requests is required for the account to remain operational.

5Withdrawals

2jay aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are typically completed within one hour. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed same-day during normal banking hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on your bank.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering requirement. 2jay does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 2jay's control and are the account holder's responsibility.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals above the applicable threshold are processed. The standard document required is a copy of your CNIC. 2jay may also request a selfie with your CNIC or proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be clear and legible. Verification is a one-time process for each account and once complete applies permanently unless documents expire or details change.

6Bonuses & Promotions

2jay offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer on the 2jay Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply across all 2jay promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonus winnings carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before any part of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Minimum odds apply when wagering bonus funds on sports betting. The standard minimum odds threshold is 1.50 per selection unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings have an expiry period. Unused bonus balances or winnings not wagered within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution rates for different game categories are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• 2jay reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already claimed and are actively wagering, your existing wagering progress will be honoured.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, 2jay's interpretation of the promotion terms will be final.

7Sports Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on 2jay. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules in full.

Bet Acceptance: All bets on 2jay are subject to acceptance by the platform. 2jay reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason. This includes in-play bets where the platform determines the odds offered were in error due to a technical fault or data feed issue.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by 2jay in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the bet's settlement condition is met; the odds were published in error; the event or market does not conform to the stated parameters; 2jay determines that the bet was placed in connection with corrupt or suspicious activity. Void bets are returned to the account balance at the stake wagered.

In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the risk of the player. During live events, 2jay may delay bet acceptance to allow odds to stabilise after a significant event. If a bet is accepted and subsequently the relevant event has already concluded, 2jay reserves the right to void the bet. The official scorecards, match records and broadcasters' data will be used to settle in-play markets.

Accumulator Bets: Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the accumulator to pay out. If one or more legs are declared void, the accumulator is settled on the remaining selections. If all legs are void, the full stake is returned. Cash out is available on eligible accumulators at the displayed value at the time of the cash-out request.

8Casino & Slots Rules

All casino and slot games available on 2jay are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently audited. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published in the game information accessible within 2jay.

2jay does not control or influence individual game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault within a game during play, the session will be considered void and any stake placed in the affected round will be returned to the account balance. 2jay is not liable for disruptions caused by failures in third-party game software beyond its control.

If a game is played and a win is generated that is clearly the result of a technical malfunction or an error in the game software – such as a displayed jackpot value that was not technically achievable under correct game operation – 2jay reserves the right to void that win after investigation and consultation with the game provider. This is standard industry practice and applies across all licensed platforms. Any investigation of this nature will be completed within a reasonable timeframe and the account holder will be notified of the outcome.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2jay. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, potential permanent closure and forfeiture of outstanding balances where evidence of abuse is found.

• Registering more than one account on 2jay under any identity, whether your own or another person's.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when 2jay requests account information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with 2jay in a non-human way, including for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses or exploiting promotional offers.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting or any other strategy designed systematically to exploit bonus offers or guaranteed returns at the expense of 2jay's commercial viability.
• Colluding with other players in poker rooms or any other game where collusion may influence outcomes.
• Using inside information, information obtained unlawfully or information not publicly available at the time of bet placement to gain an unfair advantage on sports markets.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Using 2jay in any way that 2jay reasonably believes is connected to money laundering or any other criminal activity.

10Account Suspension & Closure

2jay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, 2jay may forfeit the balance in full or in part in proportion to the harm caused by the breach.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 2jay support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. If you request closure under a self-exclusion, the closure is permanent for the duration of the exclusion period and 2jay will not re-open the account during that time regardless of requests received.

Where an account is closed by 2jay in circumstances that do not involve a breach by the account holder, any real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not been fully wagered will not be returned.

11Responsible Gaming

2jay is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following tools are available to all 2jay account holders and can be activated from your account settings or by contacting support.

Increases to deposit, loss or wager limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately. 12Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jay platform – including but not limited to the 2jay brand name, logo, platform design, software, text, graphics, images and game content – is the property of 2jay or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works of any content from 2jay without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining or using automated tools to extract content from the 2jay platform is expressly prohibited. Unauthorised use of 2jay's intellectual property may result in legal action.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jay's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform – whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise – shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2jay is not liable for: losses arising from your voluntary participation in gaming activities; technical interruptions or delays in platform availability caused by circumstances beyond 2jay's reasonable control; decisions made by third-party payment processors that affect the timing of your deposits or withdrawals; or any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of 2jay.

14Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of 2jay shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 2jay operates its licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 2jay's internal complaints process may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution service.

2jay operates an internal complaints process. If you have a complaint about the platform, a bet settlement or an account decision, you should first contact 2jay support with full details. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 2jay's internal investigation, you may request escalation to the applicable external authority.
